Hi! I'm Dat
Four years ago, I completely burnt out. Everything I'd worked for was slipping away.
I'm the son of Vietnamese immigrants, uncle to over 20 nieces and nephews. In my family, I'm the one they look up to. The role model. The success story.
My ambitions led me to Microsoft, where I became a top performer—recognized for my work on allyship, leading global initiatives, speaking to executives worldwide. Then burnout hit.
